Hi there! Thank you for joining me on the Growing Forward website and blog. I would love comments and feedback from you as you input is valuable to me and could help others not feel as alone in the challenges they might be facing.
Let me introduce myself. My name is Natalie Soal and I am a Life Coach, Counsellor and Kids Life Coach. I have been awarded my Master Practitioner certificate in Life and Business Coaching and I am currently completing my studies at The Kids Life Studio, UK, the only currently internationally recognized Kids Life Coaching Academy. I am a member of COMENSA (Coaches and Mentors South Africa) and I studied Counselling at Paraklesis under Dr M van der Spuy, where I received my Counselling certificate in XXX.
On the personal front, I have been married for 25 years and we have three beautiful daughters. They are 25, 22 and 19, and have been the light of our lives.
So why would you decide to see a Life Coach?
Many of us get to a place in our lives where we just simply feel stuck. Stuck in the everyday rut, stuck in certain emotions like hurt, anger, sadness, guilt, shame or indifference, stuck in our relationships or just stuck in front of the TV without any dreams or plans for the future. Often when you’re really stuck you can’t see your way out of the situation and it leaves you with a sense of hopelessness which can eventually result in feelings of anxiety and depression.
As your Coach, I will equip you with the tools you need to move from your current reality to your preferred destination. I will help you re-discover your passion again so that you can start living your life with purpose. The ultimate goal is for you to have victory in every area of your life. Every person has the potential to grow, don’t settle for second best. It is so exciting for me to see past and current clients go from ‘stuck in the mud’ to a place of renewed hope, vision and motivation for the future, peace with the past and joy in the present.

“Sometimes the hardest part of the journey is believing you’re worthy of the trip”

Yours in Coaching,
Natalie
